1. Remove seat, two 8mm bolts

2. Remove side plastics, three 8mm bolts and 2 push pins

3. Remove gas tank, three 12mm bolts, electrical connector and Fuel Line (Injector side) NOTE: Fuel line is a quick disconnect that you simply push the tab in and pull off

4. Remove two screws on throttle cable cover, two #2 Philips screws

5. Loosen throttle cables (10mm wrench) and remove from throttle body

6. Loosen #2 Phillips screw on intake tube from air box, and pull off throttle body

7. Unplug 4 electrical connectors from intake manifold and throttle body

8. Remove two 10mm bolts from intake manifold to the cylinder head

9. Take out intake manifold and throttle body as complete assembly

10. Remove fuel injector off stock manifold, two 10mm bolts and install on to the new intake manifold

11. Remove map sensor off the stock intake manifold and install onto new intake manifold, one 10mm bolt and vacuum hose

12. Remove throttle body off he stock intake manifold two 8mm bolts (DO NOT REUSE THESE BOLTS NEW HARDWARE IS PROVIDED TO BOLT DOWN THE THROTTLE BODY)

13. New intake manifold is made to accept the stock or 24mm Grom Throttle body

14. If using 24mm Grom throttle body swap the throttle cable bracket from stock throttle body onto the 24mm Grom Throttle body

15. Install throttle body onto intake manifold using the two provided 8mm bolts

16. Install assembly back onto bike and bolt down the two 10mm connecting the intake manifold to the cylinder head. Make sure spacer with O-rings is in place between the cylinder head and intake manifold

17. Connect the 4 electrical connectors back into the original location

18. Install throttle cables and cover

19. Install intake tube back onto throttle body

20. Install gas tank

21. Install side covers

22. Install seat

NOTE: After install bike will require a tuning.

1. Remove seat, two 8mm bolts

4. Remove air box cover four 8mm bolts

5. Remove air filter and cage assembly, two #2 Philips screws

6. Loosen clamp at throttle body and pull off stock intake tube

NOTE: To fully remove tube you may need to use a heat gun the warmup the glue holding the tube into the air box

7. Take the large end of the RAD intake tube and fold it in on itself, then insert it into the air box hole, make sure the tube seats into the groove and sits flush against the air box

8. From inside the air box make sure the tube is round and not folded in on itself

9. Install air filter cage, if using the rad cage make sure the tube seats into groove on the back of the cage

10. Install air filter and air box cover

11. Install stock clamp onto throttle body side of intake tube, push tube onto the throttle body, and tighten clamp

12. Install gas tank

13. install side plastics and seat

1. Remove the four 8mm bolts on air box lid

2. Remove Air filter

3. Bend back lock tabs to expose the two #2 Philips bolts

4. Remove #2 Phillips bolts

5. Remove the Stock cage and Screen assembly

6. Install the RAD Air Filter cage Seating the round end with the intake boot.

7. Reinstall the two #2 Philips screws, you do not the locking tabs

Note: double check the mating of the cage and the intake boot again you may need to run a flat blade screwdriver around the inner edge of the boot to allow it to seat into the groove of the cage.

8. Install air filter

9. Reinstall the air box lid and four 8mm screws
